What’s your first musical memory?
When the local news (Channel 9- Greenville, NC) first played my song “I Remember”. I was getting texts from a lot of people saying they heard my music on TV. I was like “HUH?” So When I got on Facebook,I saw all the messages and people seeing me out and about saying good things. I felt so proud.

What artist inspires you?
Notorious B.I.G The reason I say that is because he is letting people like myself spit and have flow.

What’s your latest track or album?
“Enough” (Bully Track) because I am focusing on a nationwide issue.

What song or album do you HATE?
I don’t hate any music.

What’s a song or album everyone should be listening to right now?
“Enough” (because it’s a nationwide issue that really needs to be addressed because bullying is getting way out of hand.)

What profession would you choose if you couldn’t choose music?
Being an artist manager, because I have the gift of booking my own shows, getting my own radio play, networking online, and promoting online as well.

Tell us more about your local scene.
Our local scene is tremendous! By me coming from a small town it’s very hard to get really noticed by major labels. There are a lot of local labels and entertainment companies like A Camp, PBP Productions, BMG (Boe Music Group), Set-One, Hydro Records, and more.

As a performer, what would be your ‘perfect’ live experience?
Sharing the stage with my favorite rapper of all time, Ice Cube.

What aspect drew you to the particular genre of music that you now perform/write?
I have always been a fan of Hip Hop and Rap . Growing up I used to break dance and never took it seriously. But now since I have gotten older I have really taken it more seriously than ever.
